KeelCash is a free, invitation-only beta for adults based in the United States using U.S. dollars. Personal and business use are supported. Features are still being developed and may change or be unavailable.

What your balances mean

Available-to-spend balances use the records KeelCash knows about. Bank feeds can be delayed or disconnected; manual balances depend on your updates. Missing, duplicate, or incorrectly classified entries can change the result. Verify important amounts against your bank and your own records. Speculative future income is not money available to spend today.

Credit cards and payments

Credit-card cash reservations reduce the spendable amount shown in a funding account; the money stays in your bank account. KeelCash does not transfer money, pay a card, or schedule a payment at your bank. You must make and confirm those payments yourself.

The statement closing date is our planning reminder, not the issuer's payment due date. Follow your card agreement and verify the statement balance and due date. Grace periods and interest depend on your card terms and payment history, particularly when carrying existing debt. KeelCash cannot guarantee that using a card, following a reminder, or reserving cash will avoid interest, fees, or new debt. If you carry card debt, our guidance is to stop new card spending and use cash accounts while rebuilding financial stability.

Beta limitations

Forecasts, matching, imports, and reconciliation can be incomplete or wrong. Broader invoice, payment-batching, and forecast-to-bank reconciliation workflows are not promised as part of this beta. Keep independent records and report unexpected results. The beta may require maintenance, migrations, or data resets with notice where practicable. KeelCash is not professional financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Help and your choices

Use in-app feedback to report issues. Do not include passwords or full bank/card numbers. Privacy, legal, and account-closure requests go to privacy@keelcash.com. If you do not agree to the Terms or wish to stop using the beta, you can sign out and contact us about your data.

Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Acceptance is recorded for the authenticated user with the document versions and server time. When a new version is required, you will be asked again before using the beta.
